With competent employees and equipment in compliance with ISO requirements, quality control processes are carried out in a timely and reliable manner.
Before the production process, glass tubes undergo visual inspections (crack, scratch, foreign particle checks, etc.) and dimensional controls. In addition, inks used for print text, CBR, or OPC are subjected to appearance, color, consistency, and particle size tests.
In product packaging, visual inspection tests and dimensional checks are carried out on boxes and lids, ensuring the quality approval of packaging materials.
Glass tubes, inks, and packaging materials that have successfully passed quality control tests are included in the production process.
At the beginning of the production process, at specified intervals during the process, and at the end of the process on finished products, the following controls are carried out: visual inspection, physical measurements (dimensional checks), neck curvature (circular run-out tolerance), annealing quality, ampoule breaking strength, OPC resistance tests, and post-packaging inspections.
For products whose quality has been approved in accordance with ISO standards, an analysis certificate containing the test results is prepared, and the product is made ready for delivery to the customer.
As the Badalli production facility, in compliance with ISO quality standards, we carry out documentation, equipment validation and qualification, raw material and product quality controls, and process validation studies. In this way, the production of high-quality products is ensured.
